The student projects concerned the usage of recruitment technologies by Dutch organisations, and the involvement of different stakeholders in the design process. The first topic of discussion was whether and how recruitment technologies can integrate two different aims: diversity and inclusion (Firoza Karijodikromo). Next, we discussed how to improve and maintain job seeker self-representation when using AI-enabled technology to select candidates (Derek van der Ploeg). Finally we discussed which types of technologies or platforms can be used to support job seekers in automated hiring processes, and the ethical consequences of such interventions (Ahni Ahn)."> AITech at the TUD, Francisca Grommé from the EUR), and advisor Quincy Dalh from Hello Mentor.
