Organisational Dynamics
in the Digital Society

Our mission

Rapid advancements in technology, such as artificial intelligence and robotics, are changing the organisation of work. In this programme we conduct cross-disciplinary research and provide academic courses on how technologies (re)shape how we work and organise.

Our chair “Organisational Dynamics in the Digital Society” addresses questions regarding the types of work affected by technological change; the new possibilities, but also the limitations and (in)equalities associated with these changes; the ethical concerns that may arise; and regarding our capacities to steer and mediate the effects for different groups.

Currently, we are researching:
  1. the changing experience of work;
  2. the changing organisation and structuration of work (e.g., micro-work);
  3. digitalisation and organisational knowledge practices;
  4. changing labour markets and workplaces.
