Digitalisation and flexibilization have led to radical changes in the allocation of tasks, rewards, and information. To ensure decent work conditions as automation expands, knowledge about the causes and effects of these new work arrangements is urgently needed. In our research group we address this need by evaluating the impact of technology on a societal (policy, governance, ethics), organisational (management and coordination), and individual (quality of working live) level, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
